Interested in a little competition? We’ve got you covered. For our coed, men’s and women’s divisions, we organize the teams by skill level to make sure everyone has a positive experience.

The basics:
Our field format is 8v8 with a goalkeeper. Coed divisions must have at least 2 female players on the field at all times. Coed sessions include 8 games and last around 8-10 weeks with an off-week in between. Men’s leagues will run for 10 games. We encourage all teams to have the same jersey, or at least color, to make it a seamless experience for all involved.
